The TM27 instant read meat thermometer boasts a precise micro sensor located in the 4.6-inch food-grade stainless steel probe, enabling a lightning-fast 2-3 second response time. Unlike other thermometers that may try one's patience, the TM27 provides instant temperature readings, allowing you to quickly determine if your food is ready to enjoy.

With an accuracy of within 1 degree, the TM27 thermometer helps you achieve perfection when cooking meats, deep-fried foods, candy, soups, beverages, and baked goods. The product also comes with an additional heat-resistant wired probe, which can be plugged in to instantly transform the thermometer into an oven and smoker-safe meat thermometer.

The cooking thermometer's 'ALARM SET' button allows you to input your target temperature, triggering an alarm bell once the measured temperature exceeds the set value. The alarm will sound for up to 10 minutes unless you press a button to stop it. A large, clear 1.65-inch by 0.63-inch LCD screen with a bright backlight ensures easy reading in any lighting conditions.

Each TM27 thermometer is pre-calibrated in the factory using high-precision temperature standards. However, if you wish to verify the accuracy yourself, you can do so by following the simple calibration instructions using a properly prepared cup of ice water. The thermometer also features a calibration function that allows you to adjust the readings within a specific temperature range.

For convenient storage and portability, the TM27 comes equipped with two strong 2200GS magnets, allowing you to attach it to any metal surface, such as the refrigerator, table, or cupboard. The large hang hole design also enables you to hang the thermometer on kitchen hooks.
